  1. Think about a time when you overcame something difficult. This can be a reminder that you are capable of handling whatever comes your way.

  2. Find positive, encouraging people. These people can help build you up and remind you of your strengths.

  3. Remember that everyone makes mistakes. What matters is how you view them in your mind. If you see them as learning experiences then you will be able to move on much easier.

  4. Focus on your effort rather than the outcome. This can help take the pressure off and allow you to just enjoy the process.

There will be times when you feel like you can't go on. If you find the strength to push through the discomfort you will come out stronger on the other side.
